2. you'll receive unlimited 1% cash back on purchases when your paypal business debit mastercard purchase is completed as a credit transaction. purchases eligible for cash back include transactions processed as credit by mastercard. purchases that are not eligible for the cash back include but are not limited to: transactions processed as cash withdrawals, cash advances, quasi-cash transactions or those using a pin or that the merchant processes via debit network or pin-less debit. earned cash back will be added to your paypal balance weekly. see cardholder agreement for complete details.
